All of our webhosting packages support server side Common Gateway Interface scripts. These scripts, also known as CGI scripts, offer your website the possibility to let the webserver excecute specific programs or tasks for you. The most common applications are scripts that mail the input of a webform or guestbooks.
If you want to use such scripts we suggest you take a good look at the NMS-cgi scripts.
These Perl based scripts provide some small and powerfull files you can upload into your webspace and put them in the cgi-bin directory for the webserver to pickup. Make sure you upload the files in ASCII mode and make them executable. Please check the help function of your FTP-client for information about this.
